How soon can my staff start taking
the courses?
Once you have set up your course menu and
supplied us with your logo, your staff can start taking courses immediately.
Approximately how long does it take
to complete each course?
Each course is designed to take approximately
30-45 minutes.
If there are additional courses that I’d
like to add, but don’t currently see in the collection, who
may I contact?
TRC Interactive is continually adding and updating
the courses within our extensive collection. Suggestions
for additional courses that are not already within the collection
may be given to your Sales Representative at any time.
Is there an additional charge for adding more
courses to my customized menu after the initial set-up?
No, you can add additional courses at any time and will not
be billed for the change.
Are the test questions randomized?
Yes, all of the test questions are randomized.
